We did notice Beby’s new website and we find it very impressive and informative. Definitely an advantage when promoting Beby products to potential customers.
Further to your email, we are pleased to provide our feedback based on our relationship with Beby throughout these years:
1) Personnel- Good communication between us and Beby’s representatives.. They were all very informative and accommodating towards our requests and very prompt at replies.
2) Product – No doubt, Beby’s products are of high quality and standards. We never hesitate to recommend Beby products whenever there are exclusive projects; ie: high-end residences, palaces and VIP suites.
3) Loyalty – We really appreciate the loyalty Beby has shown to us throughout these years. Whenever we propose Beby products, we are rest assured of the protection given by Beby.
4) Packaging – Overall, we are very satisfied and happy with the logistics in importing Beby products to Malaysia which usually goes without any problem. (For your information, all pick up, delivery arrangements and charges are borne by us) However, in 2014, we worked with Beby on a Palace project here in Malaysia where we purchased some chandeliers, wall light, stand lamps and table lamp. Upon arrival of the goods, a few glass arms of the chandeliers were broken, probably during shipment. Also, a few pins had came off from the glass cup. Beby was very professional and quick to help rectify by immediately sending replacements. This is the type of service that we appreciate and value from Beby.
Abbiamo notato il nuovo sito Web di Beby e lo troviamo molto impressionante e informativo. Sicuramente un vantaggio per noi quando si promuovono i prodotti Beby a potenziali clienti.
Il nostro feedback basato sul nostro rapporto con Beby nel corso di questi anni:
1) Personale – Buona comunicazione tra noi e i commerciali di Beby. Sono sempre stati tutti molto preparati e disponibili verso le nostre richieste.
2) Prodotto – Senza dubbio, i prodotti Beby sono degli standard di alta qualità. Non esitiamo mai a raccomandare i prodotti Beby ogni volta che ci sono progetti esclusivi; vale a dire: residenze di alto livello, palazzi e suite VIP.
3) Lealtà – Apprezziamo molto la lealtà che Beby ci ha dimostrato in questi anni. Ogni volta che proponiamo prodotti Beby, siamo certi della protezione fornita da Beby.
4) Imballaggio – Nel complesso, siamo molto compiaciuti e soddisfatti della logistica nell’importazione dei prodotti Beby in Malesia, che di solito si svolge senza problemi. (Per tua informazione, tutti i ritiri, le modalità di consegna e le spese sono a nostro carico) Tuttavia, nel 2014, abbiamo lavorato con Beby su un progetto Palace qui in Malesia dove abbiamo acquistato alcuni lampadari, applique, piantane e lampade da tavolo. All’arrivo della merce, alcuni bracci di vetro dei lampadari erano andati rotti, probabilmente durante la spedizione. Inoltre, alcuni perni si erano staccati dalla tazza di vetro. Beby è stato molto professionale e pronta a dare il proprio supporto per la sostituzione immediata. Questo è il tipo di servizio che apprezziamo di Beby e ne dà valore.
